Deposit
Once the hire payment has been made, we will require a refundable £60 deposit which on collection can be in cash, or via bank transfer before hand. This will be returned to you as soon as the costume is returned / collected after it has been checked for dirt and damage. In the event that the costume is unreasonably dirty or has been damaged in any way, our policy is that we will hold onto the whole deposit until we have had a chance to work out how much it will cost to repair or to be professional cleaned.
Drop Off & Collections
We require the costumes to be collected on the day of hire, in the morning and returned in the evening before close time. If you would like to collect the costume the the day before or bring it back the next day after the day of hire, this can be arranged but there is an overnight charge of £10 per night for doing do.
